The meeting discussed the performance of Kasturba Gandhi Balika Vidyalayas, electrification in schools, and other infrastructure problems in schools.

All the BEEOs were instructed to visit 25% of schools of their feeder area every 15 days and make available the inspection report to the district office.

Besides this, instructions have been given to all the teachers to make biometric attendance, and where the tab is bad, they should register from their mobile-only.

Because of the board examination, instructions were given to run remedial classes in all the schools.

Apart from this, instructions were issued to BEEO to conduct field visits and meeting with parents to encourage more and more children to download the DigiSchool app and register through the app.

The progress of Digi School app installation in Gudabanda, Dhalbhumgarh, and Dumaria block was not found satisfactory, and the concerned BEEOs were directed to ensure the registration and uploading of 80% of children on the app in the next 15 days.
