Jamshedpur’s Two Lakh Citizens Skip Getting A Second Dose Of The COVID-19 Vaccine

Jamshedpur 20th Oct 2021: Around two lakh people in East Singhbhum district, who were to be given the second dose of COVID-19 vaccination, have skipped it despite completing the stipulated time interval between two doses.

Although East Singhbhum district tops the entire state in taking the anti-Covid vaccine, negligence has come to the fore in taking the second dose.

According to the information received from the Health Department, about 80% of the total population of East Singhbhum district have taken the vaccine, but people are negligent in taking the second dose.

Sandeep Kumar Meena, in-charge of the vaccination cell, has appealed to the people to get the vaccine as soon as possible.
