MP Inaugurates Four-Lane Road Joining Bengal, Odisha, And Jharkhand

Jamshedpur 4th April 2021: The 72-kilometer range of four-lane road between Mahulia to Chichra Baharagora passing along 103 villages was inaugurated on Saturday by Jamshedpur MP Bidyut Baran Mahto.
NHI Project Director AC Kapur who was present on the occasion informed that the 72 kilometers long four-lane road was constructed at Rs 1,115 crore for which 90 hectares of land was acquired. He said that 20 thousand trees had to be decked for laying the road but they were replenished with the planting of 40 thousand saplings.
The construction of this road will have a direct link with the steel city of that the Jamshedpur.
Big industries would be availed as the four-lane road will facilitate better and quicker raw material transportation.
Speaking on the occasion, parliamentarian Bidyut Baran Mahato said that the foundation for the four-lane road was laid in 2016, and within three years, the construction work was completed. While, the road joined the states of Bengal, Odisha, and Jharkhand.
