Banks To Remain Closed For Seven Days From March 27 To April 4

Jamshedpur 26th Mar 2020: Banks will remain closed for seven days in Jamshedpur from 27th March to 4th April. The banks will reopen on 5th April.

The banks will conduct three days of business between the two dates. Customers have to transact their banking business before March 27.

The banks will reopen on 5th April.

Bank holidays are observed differently by different states and therefore may not be the same everywhere.

According to the Reserve Bank of India’s (RBI’s), banks will remain closed on all gazetted holidays across India, barring four Sundays and two Saturdays.

March 27, 2021: Fourth Saturday

March 28, 2021: Sunday

March 29, 2021: Holi

March 31, 2021: Last day of the financial year

April 1, 2021- Bank closing of accounts

April 2, 2021- Good Friday

April 4, 2021 – Sunday
