CNG Buses Will Run In The City

Jamshedpur 13th March 2020: In a meeting chaired by DDC Parmeshwar Bhagat, the selection of eco-friendly schemes was done. These include plans to run CNG vehicles, Solid Waste Management, Water Treatment Plant on streams.
The Central Government has allocated Rs 116 crore under the 15th Finance Commission to make the city pollution-free.
In the first phase to stop air pollution in the JNAC area, 4 CNG buses, 10 LA flyer buses, and 10 CNG Auto will be purchased. These will run on different routes.
At the same time, a hundred e-rickshaws will be promoted, which will be run on various routes.
Due to this, air pollution can be reduced to a great extent.
The proposal of JNAC has been approved by the Municipal Development Department.
The department has directed the use of CNG vehicles in place of Petrel-Diesel.
After the necessary process is complete, the vehicles will be purchased. It will be implemented in the new financial year.
