Jamshedpur 14th July, 2020: COVID-19 is becoming dangerous in Jharkhand and things are constantly deteriorating here. 189 new positive cases of COVID-19 were found in the state on Monday. In the cases of coronavirus infection reported today, 40 new cases have been identified in Ranchi, 39 in Hazaribagh, 20 in Ramgarh, 20 in Deoghar, 20 in Pakur, 6 each in Dhanbad, Giridih, and Koderma , 5 each in East Singhbhum and Garhwa, 4 in Lohardaga, 3 in Simdega, 3 in West Singhbhum, 2 each in Chatra, Godda, Jamtara, Palamu, and Sahebgunj and one each comes from Bokaro and Khunti.
According to the State Health Department, Jharkhand tally reaches 4,013 cases including 1,579 active cases. 43 recovery were also reported today in the state, taking the total recovered cases to 2,351 and 33 persons have lost their life.
Now, Jharkhand has a recovery rate of 59.32%.
