Kale Meets Governor Bais Over Lack Of Education Infrastructure In Jamshedpur

Jamshedpur 15th Jan 2022: Social activist Amarpreet Singh Kale met Governor Ramesh Bais on Thursday. Kale invited him to participate in a program on women empowerment proposed by ‘Naman’ on International Women’s Day on March 8, which Bais gladly accepted.

During the meeting, Kale discussed some important points for qualitative improvement in higher education in the state, especially in Kolhan.

He requested the Chancellor of Jharkhand to take immediate initiative to duly start the Women’s University in Jamshedpur. 

Similarly, the process of appointment of professors is also pending.

Apart from this, there is a shortage of faculty for professional courses like B.Ed, etc., in the women’s college.

Kale also drew attention to the lack of UG and PG seats in the medical colleges of Jharkhand. 

He requested to take definite steps for better higher education in Jharkhand so that the meritorious and talented students of Jharkhand do not migrate to other states.
