Jamshedpur 7th Oct 2021: In the agreement between the management of Ramakrishna Forgings Limited and the company’s recognized union Ramakrishna Forging Kamgaar Sangh, the permanent employees of the company will be given a bonus of 17.25% this year.
This percentage was agreed against the demand of 20% bonus and gifts to the permanent employees of the company.
Under the bonus agreement of 17.25%, the maximum amount payable would be Rs 65,790, and the minimum would be Rs 44,675.
The percentage was mutually agreed upon by the management and union officials of Ramakrishna Forgings Ltd in the wake of the lockdown effect in 2020, which cut production and impacted the income generation of the company.
The bonus amount will be sent to the respective bank accounts of the employees by Friday, October 8.
However, the MoU was signed on behalf of the management by CPO SP Senapati, Plant Head M Bala Murli Krishna, HR Manager Manohar Pandey, and Rintu Mukherjee, while on behalf of the Kamgaar Sangh by its President Abhay Labh, Vice President Dinesh Ram, General Secretary Tarakeshwar Yadav, Joint Secretary Bipul Goldar, Organization secretary GP Das, Treasurer Achchhe Lal Yadav and committee members Shailendra Singh, Naval Jha and Munshi Yadav.
