Jamshedpur 24th July 2021: Bank of Baroda’s Kandra branch inaugurated its Customer Service Center near Bus Stand to provide better services to the customers.
The center was jointly inaugurated by BOB Kandra Branch Manager Rahul Shahi and Ronit Solutions Limited District Coordinator Vijay Gond.
The Customer Care Center will operate between 8 AM to 8 PM every day, including holidays so, that the bank’s customers can carry out their banking transactions on holidays.
Speaking on the occasion, Rahul Shahi said, “With the launch of the Customer Service Center, even better and better services will be provided to the customers. All banking facilities, including cash deposits and withdrawals, will be available to the customers at this center. Here the accounts of PM Jan Dhan Yojana will be opened, which includes registration for PM Suraksha Bima Yojana, PM Jeevan Jyoti Bima Yojana, and Atal Pension Yojana.”
Vijay Gond said that the objective of the Customer Service Center is to provide better banking services where account holders can do essential transactions even during holidays.
